Build Overview

The Wing Strikes Paladin Endgame Build is a passive and devastatingly effective setup for Season 13 — Season of Reckoning. The concept is simple and brutal: stay permanently in Arbiter of JusticeArbiter of Justice form and let the Wing Strikes seek out and hit enemies on your behalf, dealing area damage around each target. You need no attack speed whatsoever — simply walk into enemy groups and watch them melt.

The key to the build lies in the Aspect of Tyrael's JurisdictionAspect of Tyrael's Jurisdiction: this aspect gives Wing Strikes the ability to automatically target nearby enemies, ensuring every strike always lands. Combined with the Seraph's Wings upgrade of Arbiter of JusticeArbiter of Justice, Wing Strikes also apply the Vulnerable status to surrounding enemies, significantly amplifying critical damage. In late-stage progression, the unique Sanctis of Kethamar multiplies the power of Auras and serves as a major damage multiplier, while the mythic helmet Heir of PerditionHeir of Perdition pushes the damage ceiling even higher. This build also makes full use of Season 13's Bloodied Seals to further bolster offensive output.

The Disciple oath is central to this build: it automatically refreshes the duration of Arbiter form whenever a cooldown-based Disciple skill is cast — such as CondemnCondemn or ConsecrationConsecration. This keeps the timer going permanently and ensures near-total uptime on the angelic form. If you are looking for a gear-accessible, comfortable build capable of clearing T4 Torment all the way through deep Endgame content, the Wing Strikes Paladin is the one for you.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Passive and very comfortable playstyle: Wing Strikes automatically target enemies thanks to the Aspect of Tyrael's JurisdictionAspect of Tyrael's Jurisdiction
  • No attack speed required — easy gear to assemble and reroll
  • Solid survivability thanks to TemerityTemerity and the 30% Maximum Life bonus from the Light's Epiphany set (3-piece bonus)
  • Excellent permanent AoE coverage: continuous damage to all surrounding targets with no need to manually aim
  • Very strong progressive scaling potential: functional from Starter, improves linearly up to full mythic Endgame

Cons

  • Reliant on one key aspect: without the Aspect of Tyrael's JurisdictionAspect of Tyrael's Jurisdiction, Wing Strikes can miss their targets
  • No Lucky HitLucky Hit (Lucky Hit Chance at 0%) on Wing Strikes — no synergy with Lucky Hit effects
  • Survival under pressure can be an issue if fights drag on against high-level monsters — kiting Unstoppable targets is sometimes necessary
  • Little rotation flexibility: the build relies almost entirely on maintaining Arbiter of JusticeArbiter of Justice form

The most critical piece to obtain first is the Aspect of Tyrael's JurisdictionAspect of Tyrael's Jurisdiction on your weapon: without it, Wing Strikes can miss their targets, rendering the build nearly non-functional. Focus on Offensive equipment gambles to obtain it quickly. In the Starter variant, all pieces are Legendary with targeted aspects such as the Aspect of the DiscipleAspect of the Disciple on boots (to maintain Arbiter form) and the Everliving AspectEverliving Aspect on the helmet.

In Midgame, the Godslayer CrownGodslayer Crown becomes your go-to helmet, providing valuable cooldown reduction, while TemerityTemerity in the pants slot offers a substantial defensive shield. The Sanctis of Kethamar amulet is the other major unique piece: it massively amplifies Aura power and damage against Vulnerable targets, with several Greater Affixes in Critical Damage and Strength. In the ultimate Endgame, the mythic helmet Heir of PerditionHeir of Perdition replaces the Crown to reach the damage ceiling. On the weapon (a legendary Parashu axe), target Greater Affixes in Critical Damage and Strength to maximize the offensive multiplier.

Build Variants

This build comes in three progressive variants. The Starter relies on the Disciple oath to maintain Arbiter of JusticeArbiter of Justice form with Falling StarFalling Star as the refresh trigger — a fully Legendary kit that is affordable to assemble. The Midgame integrates the Godslayer CrownGodslayer Crown and TemerityTemerity for better defensive balance, and replaces Falling StarFalling Star with ConsecrationConsecration for a smoother rotation. The full Endgame variant adds the mythic Heir of PerditionHeir of Perdition and the complete Light's Epiphany 5-piece set — the latter multiplies the damage of all Disciple skills by 500% when you cast Arbiter of JusticeArbiter of Justice, turning the angelic form into a true destruction machine.

Horadric Seal S13

Season 13's new seasonal mechanic replaces Season Powers with the Horadric Seal, a central Talisman surrounded by six Charm slots. This Endgame build relies on the Light's Epiphany set (4 pieces equipped: Phoba, Fer, Mlor and Linta of Light's Epiphany), supported by the unique charm Godslayer CrownGodslayer Crown and the legendary seal Seal of the Diamond Mind at the center. Activating the Light's Epiphany set bonuses multiplies Disciple skill damage — the offensive pivot of the Endgame build. Configure your own Horadric Seal below to explore the Starter, Midgame and Endgame variants.

Gameplay Tips

The rotation of this build is intentionally straightforward: activate Arbiter of JusticeArbiter of Justice as soon as possible and maintain the form by regularly casting CondemnCondemn or ConsecrationConsecration (Endgame variant) to refresh the timer through the Disciple oath. Do not cast CondemnCondemn or ConsecrationConsecration recklessly — save them to refresh Arbiter form before it expires. In Endgame with the complete Light's Epiphany set, casting Arbiter of JusticeArbiter of Justice itself triggers the 500% bonus, so make sure to recast it as soon as possible after each expiration.

For cooldown management, Fanaticism AuraFanaticism Aura at rank 15 grants up to 14.5% passive critical strike chance — vital for reaching the crit cap in combination with tempering affixes and Seals. Holy Light AuraHoly Light Aura applies additional healing bounces, and Defiance AuraDefiance Aura boosts your Maximum Life. Keep all three Auras active at all times: they are the offensive and defensive backbone of the build.

In terms of positioning, advance into enemy packs rather than waiting for them: Wing Strikes automatically seek targets within an extended radius thanks to the Aspect of Tyrael's JurisdictionAspect of Tyrael's Jurisdiction, but you need to stay mobile to maximize their impact. If you are taking too much damage from high-level monsters, kite Unstoppable targets and consider replacing an offensive affix with Maximum Life on your armor pieces. The mercenary Raheir with his Ground SlamGround Slam and BastionBastion skills complements the build by absorbing part of the enemy pressure.

Talent Tree

Mercenary

The mercenary Raheir hired for this build brings robustness and defensive utility. His signature skill Ground SlamGround Slam clusters enemies together and triggers a BastionBastion effect that reduces damage taken during the Paladin's offensive window. Raheir tanks part of the enemy pressure while you maintain Arbiter form.

Paragon & Glyphs

This build's Paragon progression revolves around five boards: Start, Relentless, Castle, Divinity and Endure. In early progression (rank 1), the glyphs ApostleApostle, CannyCanny, SpiritSpirit and JudicatorJudicator cover all boards. Starting at rank 50, an important Glyph Swap occurs: JudicatorJudicator is moved to the Start board, and ApostleApostle moves to Castle to take advantage of the Intelligence threshold bonuses unlocked at that stage. The JudicatorJudicator glyph is particularly powerful here: it grants two major damage multipliers (non-physical damage against Elites + Sacred damage bonus at rank 50), making it the offensive core of the Paragon.

At rank 100, all glyphs are leveled to maximum and the boards have enough allocated nodes to activate threshold bonuses. The priority is first to maximize Intelligence nodes around the JudicatorJudicator glyph radius on the Start board to unlock its Legendary bonus. In the Max Paragon phase (rank 150+), node allocations across all boards reach their peaks — the Divinity board reaches 85 allocated nodes, providing the largest stat gains in late progression.
