ENDGAME | PIT PUSH | SPEED FARM DRUIDE
Build Overview
Rob2628's Druid Shred Build is a high-end werewolf archetype centered on repeatedly using
Shred as the primary damage source in Season 14. In animal form, the Druid multiplies attacks at very high speed, amplified by
Lightning Storm discharges that chain across each group of enemies. The synergy between the werewolf form and storm skills allows reaching exceptional damage peaks in high Pit tiers, while maintaining remarkable mobility inherent to
Shred.
Cyclone Armor provides continuous Protection by reducing incoming damage, while
Earthen Bulwark serves as an emergency shield to absorb dangerous spikes. The core rotation revolves around maintaining
Grizzly Rage, whose transformative buff massively amplifies the Druid's offense — its low rank of 1 out of 15 is sufficient to unlock its full potential through equipment synergies. This is an S-TIER build recommended for experienced players looking to push deep into endgame content in Season 14.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Very high elite and Boss damage thanks to the
Shred +
Lightning Storm synergy - Excellent mobility in werewolf form
- Fluid and dynamic rotation once mastered
- Solid defense via
Cyclone Armor and
Earthen Bulwark - S-TIER in high Pit — among the most effective Druids of the season

Azurewrath - Managing
Grizzly Rage uptime is demanding under pressure - Learning curve to properly chain
Shred rotations - Less effective early in the season before obtaining key uniques
Recommended Gear
Loot Table
The gear for the Shred - Standard variant relies on several carefully chosen uniques to maximize
Shred and
Lightning Storm damage, with aspects completing the storm and vulnerability synergy.
Helm —
Gathlen's Birthright: Core piece of the build, this unique helm is designed to amplify the offensive potential of the werewolf form. Its Greater Affix in resource generation ensures
Shred's rhythm is maintained without interruption.
Chest — Legendary Chest with Aspect of Debilitating Toxins: This aspect applies a layer of control on enemies, making them Vulnerable and facilitating positioning during
Shred sequences on dense groups.
Gloves — Dark Howl: Unique that amplifies Vulnerable damage — the Greater Affix Vulnerable Damage multiplier directly reinforces the combo with the chest's Aspect of Debilitating Toxins.
Pants —
Tibault's Will: Essential unique that amplifies damage during active movement. Perfectly in line with
Shred's mobile nature, these pants are almost always active in combat. Their Greater Affix in Maximum Life also improves survivability.
Boots — Legendary Boots with Great Storm Aspect: This aspect directly boosts storm damage, benefiting each
Lightning Storm discharge triggered by your attacks.
Amulet —
Malefic Crescent: Unique with double Greater Affix (Critical Damage multiplier and Vulnerable Damage multiplier), which significantly amplifies damage peaks on critical hits against Vulnerable enemies.
Ring 1 — Legendary Ring with Crushing Aspect: The Greater Affix combo (Critical Strike Chance + Lightning Damage multiplier) reinforces
Lightning Storm discharges on critical strikes.
Ring 2 — Dirge of Airidah: This unique brings additional critical power with its two Greater Affixes (Critical Strike Chance + Critical Damage multiplier), maximizing burst potential.
Main Weapon —
Azurewrath: Unique melee weapon whose Greater Affix in Critical Damage multiplier effectively stacks with the build's other critical damage sources.
Secondary Weapon (totem) — Ifeh's Dire Totem: This unique totem completes the offensive arsenal with its own Greater Affix in Critical Damage multiplier, allowing the Druid to reach very high critical damage levels on each
Shred hit.
Horadric Seal S14
The Horadric Seal (Talisman) for this build is configured for werewolf form synergies and storm damage. The interactive grid below presents the configuration recommended by Rob2628 for the Shred - Standard variant in Season 14.
Gameplay Tips
The key to success with this build is to permanently maintain
Grizzly Rage uptime. This transformative buff must be renewed as soon as its cooldown allows to guarantee maximum damage output at all times.
Basic Rotation:
- Activate
Grizzly Rage first to trigger the transformation and amplify all your damage. - Keep
Cyclone Armor active at all times — this rank 14 skill provides continuous Protection with no real management constraint. - Use
Hurricane to slow groups of enemies and deal additional area storm damage before engaging them. - Spam
Shred continuously on dense groups — it is the core skill of the build, to be maximized at every moment.
Lightning Storm triggers automatically from your repeated attacks, dealing additional lightning damage to each target in contact.- Use
Debilitating Roar (rank 4) on Bosses and elites to reduce their damage dealt — essential for surviving in high Pit tiers. - Activate
Earthen Bulwark as an emergency defensive tool when your Life drops dangerously against large packs of enemies.
Blood Howl provides a quick, punctual healing boost — use it after an intense sequence to maintain your Life level.
Wolves handle themselves: they draw some aggro and deal additional damage without requiring active attention from you.
In the Pit, prioritize elite groups around floor Bosses:
Shred reaches its maximum potential against multiple simultaneous targets thanks to the chain discharges of
Lightning Storm. Stay mobile at all times to take advantage of
Tibault's Will and avoid the lethal knockbacks from elites.
Skill Tree
Mercenary S14
Subo — Main Mercenary
Subo (Bounty Hunter) is the recommended main mercenary for the Shred - Standard variant. His trapping skills create control zones that ideally combine with the Druid's mobile and aggressive werewolf approach.
Wire Trap — Places a trap that immobilizes enemies on contact, opening a perfect burst window to chain
Shred attacks on stationary targets.
Trip Mines — Explosive mines that activate on enemy contact, adding additional area damage in dense zones with each
Shred pass.
Aldkin — Support Mercenary
Aldkin (Cursed Child) in support provides a valuable area debuff to weaken groups before the Druid engages.
Field of Languish — Creates a zone that slows and weakens enemies, making it easier to keep them in range during
Shred rotations.
Paragon and Glyphs
The Paragon progression is built around five main boards that reinforce
Shred and
Lightning Storm damage, as well as the werewolf form's resilience. Each board is pushed to 100 nodes to maximize its glyph bonuses.
- Start Board (44 nodes) —
Spirit Glyph rank 100: Starting board that establishes the base statistics of the werewolf form and lays the foundation for the rest of the progression. - Thunderstruck Board (64 nodes) —
Earth and Sky Glyph rank 100: This board and its glyph directly boost storm damage, amplified with each
Lightning Storm discharge. It is one of the most important boards for the build's offensive potential. - Constricting Tendrils Board (60 nodes) —
Fang and Claw Glyph rank 100: Optimizes the offensive effectiveness of the werewolf form and maximizes
Shred damage with each attack. - Heightened Malice Board (70 nodes) —
Fulminate Glyph rank 100: Amplifies lightning damage to maximize the impact of each
Lightning Storm discharge, the largest board in terms of allocated nodes. - Lust for Carnage Board (59 nodes) —
Keeper Glyph rank 100: Final board that increases the Druid's overall ferocity and effectiveness in endgame content. The
Keeper glyph completes the synergy of the entire Paragon progression.
