World of Warcraft: Forever’s beta opens tomorrow, September 17, 2026. The full release is set for November 4. Ahead of any official announcement, this list found in the beta files already reveals the names of 17 new reputations, several of them tied to zones and systems never shown before.
These names remain provisional. Data extracted from a test client often changes before a final release, and nothing confirms that all 17 WoW Forever reputations will be active at launch. Some could be renamed, merged, or removed before November 4.
The factions of Zephras Isle, homeland of the Skyborne
Two WoW Forever reputations come straight from the new playable race, the Skyborne, and their starting zone, Zephras Isle.
- Windshapers. Spiritual shamanic leaders of the Skyborne, they honor the elements and seek a deeper understanding of the elemental plane to protect the shen’dorei way of life within Skywall.
- High Order. Skyborne descendants of the Highborne magisters of Eldre’Thalas, its members spent ten thousand years in the realm of Skywall and want to reclaim their ancestors’ ancient arcane knowledge.

The Guardians of Hyjal
Three WoW Forever reputations protect Mount Hyjal, the zone that also hosts Forever’s first 20-player raid.
- Guardians of Hyjal. A dissident faction of the Cenarion Circle, tasked with protecting and preserving Mount Hyjal, open to anyone willing to push back the forces of evil.
- Barkskin Burrow. A furbolg tribe among the few spared by the corruption, dedicated to preserving its spiritual heritage to restore harmony to Hyjal.
- Cenarion Scouts. Young nature enthusiasts, dedicated to exploring and protecting the wild lands of Azeroth.

A PvP faction war for the Darkspear Islands
Two opposing WoW Forever reputations are fighting for control of the Darkspear Islands.
Darkspear Raiders remain loyal to the troll nation. This faction fights the Theramore Expeditionary Force for control of its ancestral islands.
Theramore Expeditionary Force defends its city. Its followers fight the Darkspear Raiders for control of the same islands.

More new WoW Forever reputations
This last list brings together WoW Forever reputations with no direct link to each other, but all new in the beta files.
- Kirin Tor. The caste of the world’s most powerful mages, the conclave that governs the magical nation of Dalaran. The new City of Dalaran dungeon is meant to help this faction retake control of the city.
- Brotherhood of the Horse. Riders cast out of Stormwind’s cavalry, who started over from scratch in unexplored lands along the east coast, where they built their home, their relationships, and their trade routes.
- Powderfuse. The armed branch of the Steamwheedle cartel, this port shelters sailors and shady traders along the trade routes of the Eastern Sea.
- The Watchers. An order of jailers and marshals within night elf society, tasked with making sure no threat ever escapes their underground network of prisons.
- Earthen Ring. A collective of shamans and druids allied with the Horde, dedicated to maintaining nature’s balance across Azeroth. Restoration shamans will find this faction in this Restoration Shaman build guide.
- Bolder’ok Clan. Former members of the Twilight’s Hammer, exiled for betraying their false prophets, who now forge their own path.
