Three weeks after Season 15 launched, Blizzard keeps shipping fixes. Patch 3.2.2 landed on September 30, and two Diablo 4 hotfixes followed in under a week, on October 2 and October 6. The first closes an elite farming method and restores Moophisto's loot. The second unblocks parcels that some players could not open.
Diablo 4 hotfix of October 2: elites and Moophisto
On the official forum, Community Manager filthierich posted the Hotfix 1 post. Two lines matter to players. Blizzard says it fixed "an issue that allowed players to spawn Elite monsters inside Training Ground dungeons". The second line announces a fix for "an issue where Moophisto was not dropping loot as intended".

The post does not say how the exploit worked. Icy Veins, in a piece by Miril, fills the gap: the Nemesis Bracers effect, a Season 15 unique carried over from Diablo 3, was used to spawn elites in a loop in the Training Ground for loot and reputation.
The October 6 Diablo 4 hotfix: the Horadric Parcel
Hotfix 2 comes down to two sentences. Blizzard "resolved an issue preventing players from claiming Horadric Parcel items" and added "various stability improvements". The post is signed by filthierich too.

The Horadric Parcel arrives through the Horadric Post, the Season 15 mailbox, described by Icy Veins: it holds up to 25 deliveries that you open from any major city. The sources I checked do not say which items were stuck or how many players were affected.
What it changes for your farm
First effect of the October 2 Diablo 4 hotfix: the looping elite method is gone. Second effect, Moophisto is worth farming again. According to the Icy Veins article, the Bovine Bell and Udder's Milk only dropped from the pre-Season 15 encounter. They now drop from the current encounter.

For the Horadric Parcel, one step: open your Horadric Post in town and check that the pending delivery can be claimed.
My take, kept apart from the facts: losing this exploit is no great loss. Unlimited elites for loot and reputation was a shortcut only those who knew about it could take, and it widened the gap with players running the season normally. The real loss would have been Moophisto's loot, and it is back.
What is still pending
The Hellfire Torch is not changing. Dan Tanguay, design director, confirmed to GameSpot that Blizzard will not fix it during Season 15. The details of how it works are in our article on the Hellfire Torch.
On the patch side, 3.2.2 also unblocked the season quest and fixed Pulverize. The bonus caches from the Gift of the Tree ended on October 7.
