A technical constraint: Frost Darts doesn’t implicitly chill enemies. Yet the skill’s mini-explosions require targets to be frozen. The solution is Whispering Ice, which summons ice crystals that explode and apply the necessary chill. On the mapping side, it’s one of the most visually impressive poe2 season 5 builds on screen. Combined with Quill Rain (a unique bow with a record APS), it becomes possible to trigger the Perfect Timing (the perfect snipe timing) instantly, repeatedly.

Window of Opportunity gives a deflect chance buff on each successful Perfect Timing, meaning every attack in this build. The deflect chance caps at 95%, the game’s maximum. Opportunity Life Flask triggers automatically through snipes, without even pressing the button, and heals permanently.
